How much does an epoxy floor cost in Costa Rica?
Flake runs $70 to $90 per m² installed; metallic marble $100 to $120 per m². The final amount depends on the area, the condition of the concrete and the finish, and is confirmed in a free on-site assessment.
Can it be installed over existing tile?
In many cases, yes. We assess the bond and condition of the tile, mechanically prepare the surface and apply the system on top, with no demolition.
How long does it take and when can I use it?
A typical installation takes 3 to 5 business days depending on area and weather. You can walk on it after 24 hours and park vehicles after 48 hours.
Does it smell?
The systems we install are zero VOC and virtually odorless, so they can be applied in occupied homes and businesses.
