Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you give us when requesting a quote through the estimator or the visualizer:
- Your WhatsApp number.
- The approximate square meters and the finish or system you are interested in.
- The photo of your space, only if you choose to attach it to the request.
What we use it for
To contact you and prepare your quote. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it to send advertising you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
In the company’s internal system, accessed only by the staff handling your request. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, that conversation also stays on those platforms under their own policies.
The visualizer photo
When you use "See your space", the photo is processed on your own device: it is not uploaded to any server to generate the preview. It only reaches us if you attach it when sending your request.
Traffic measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how many people visit, which pages they view and whether our campaigns work. These tools use cookies and browser identifiers; we do not send them your WhatsApp number or your photo.
You can turn them off: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust your Meta ad preferences, or block third-party cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same.
How long we keep it
While your request or project is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to follow up and stand behind the work. If you do not hire us and do not want us to keep your data, ask us to delete it.
How to request access, correction or deletion
Email ventascr@primesurfaces.net or message us on WhatsApp (+506 8357-7474) and tell us the number you contacted us from. We delete your data from our system and confirm it to you.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
