Payment terms
50% deposit to schedule the job; balance on delivery. SINPE Móvil, bank transfer or cash. You receive the quote as a PDF with your photo, measurements and terms.
What moves the price within the range
Concrete condition
Cracks, unevenness or moisture call for more preparation. This is the biggest factor.
Area
The larger the surface, the better the price per m².
Finish
Some metallic effects take more layers or pigment.
Location
Outside the Greater Metropolitan Area we coordinate logistics for the visit and the job.
Pricing questions
Does the price include floor preparation?
Yes. Mechanical surface preparation is included in the per-m² range. Only structural repairs or the removal of an existing floor are quoted separately.
Why a range and not a fixed price?
Because the condition of the concrete changes the work required. A smooth, dry slab lands at the low end; one with cracks, moisture or existing tile lands at the high end.
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The assessment visit is free and includes measurements, a substrate check, a system recommendation and a firm quote.
Do you quote in colones?
Ranges are published in US dollars per m². The formal quote is delivered with the amount and payment terms agreed with you.
Is there better pricing for large areas?
Yes. For warehouses, parking structures and commercial projects the price per m² improves with area. It is defined during the assessment.
