A home floor wears out where it gets used the most. These are the cases we see most often at assessments.

- Grout is porous: it soaks up grease in the kitchen and dirt at the entrance. You scrub it, it looks better for a few days, then it darkens again.
- A concrete garage that sheds dust
- Unsealed concrete wears under tires, absorbs oil, and that dust ends up inside the house.
- Cracked or loose tiles
- One loose tile on the terrace or in the garage always shows, and finding the same model years later is rarely possible.

- Replacing tile means demolition, hauling debris and weeks of construction inside your home.

Epoxy goes down as a liquid and cures as a single piece, wall to wall.
- No joints and no grout: cleaning is a mop and neutral soap.
- In many cases it goes over existing tile or concrete, after assessment and mechanical preparation. Less demolition, less debris.

How it’s done
Five steps, no surprises
In a home we schedule the work area by area so you can keep living there. The on-site assessment is free, and the job is scheduled with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on handover.

Assess
Site visit, measurements and concrete tests: moisture, pH and surface profile.

Design
System, finish and a physical sample for you to approve.

Prepare
Mechanical grinding or polishing, and crack repair.

Install
The layers of the chosen system, 3 to 5 business days depending on area and weather.

With written care recommendations.
Questions
What clients usually ask
Do I need to move out during installation?
Usually not. The products are zero VOC and virtually odorless. We work area by area, and each one stays closed until it reaches the 24-hour cure for foot traffic.
Can it be installed over my existing tile?
In many cases, yes. At the assessment we check that the tiles are firmly bonded and free of moisture; then the surface is mechanically ground and the grout lines are leveled so they do not show through the finish.
Is a metallic floor slippery?
It is a smooth, glossy finish, similar to polished porcelain tile. For areas that get wet often, such as a garage or terrace, we recommend flake, which has natural slip-resistant texture.
Will hot tires damage a garage floor?
The system is installed for vehicle traffic, which opens at 48 hours. A 350 psi bond means the concrete gives way before the coating does. Avoid dragging sharp metal objects across it.
