Central Valley climate
Rainy season is planned for, not improvised
Epoxy is installed between 10 and 30 °C, and the concrete must be below 4% moisture (ASTM F1869). In the Central Valley the temperature nearly always cooperates; what needs watching is moisture during the rainy months.
That is why we measure the concrete at the assessment instead of assuming. Enclosed, roofed spaces can be done year-round; open garages and covered terraces are scheduled around the forecast.

The visit
How the assessment is scheduled in the GAM
Because we are in Santa Ana, a visit anywhere in the GAM is quick to coordinate. It is free and carries no obligation.
- 01You message us on WhatsApp with your location, the type of space and, if you can, a couple of photos and the approximate area.
- 02From that we give you a ballpark price range. You can also get one yourself with the estimator.
- 03We agree on a day and time for the visit, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 and 18:00, depending on location.
- 04On site we measure the area and test the concrete. You see physical samples of the finishes.
- 05You receive the final quote. The job is scheduled with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on handover.

Do you have a showroom in San José?
We have no physical store. We are based in Piedades de Santa Ana and work on site: we bring the physical samples to your home or business, where you can see them in your own light and next to your furniture.
Do you charge for the visit within the GAM?
No. The on-site assessment is free. We measure, test the concrete and confirm the final price.
Can it be installed during rainy season?
Yes. Interiors can be done year-round. In semi-open areas such as garages and covered terraces, we measure concrete moisture and schedule the coats on dry days.
Do you serve Cartago and Alajuela, or only western San José?
We serve the whole Greater Metropolitan Area and its surroundings: San José, Heredia, Alajuela and Cartago. The visit is coordinated according to location.
