Retail and offices
Epoxy floors for retail spaces and offices
The floor is the first thing your customer steps on and the largest surface in your space. A seamless finish stays sharp with little upkeep and goes in within days, not weeks of closure.
The starting point
The problem with the floor you have
A shop takes more footsteps in a month than a home does in years. The wear is concentrated, and it shows.
- Wear paths
- In front of the register, at the entrance and along the aisles, tile loses its glaze and the grout darkens exactly where customers look.
- Discontinued tile
- When a tile cracks, the replacement never matches. The patch stays visible.
- Every day of construction is a day without sales
- Tearing out and re-laying tile means dust, debris and a closure longer than the business can afford.
- A floor that says nothing
- In a showroom or a reception area, a generic floor competes with the product instead of elevating it.

The result
What changes with a seamless surface
One piece, wall to wall, in the color and gloss your brand calls for.
- No grout to darken: nightly cleaning is a mop and neutral soap.
- Typical installation takes 3 to 5 business days, with foot traffic 24 hours after the final coat.
- Zero VOC and virtually odorless, which matters in malls and buildings where neighboring tenants stay open.
- In many cases it goes over the existing floor, with no demolition.
- The finish is settled on a physical sample: a brand color, a neutral tone, or a metallic that becomes part of the experience.

Questions
What clients usually ask
Do I have to close during installation?
The area being coated must stay free of traffic until 24 hours after the final coat. Where the layout allows, we work in sectors so part of the space keeps operating. We define this with you at the assessment.
Is this kind of work allowed inside a shopping mall?
The products are zero VOC and virtually odorless, and preparation is done with mechanical equipment. Each mall management has its own work hours and requirements; we adapt to the ones they give you.
Can you match my brand color?
We work with catalog finishes: 31 metallics, 15 flake blends and 7 solid colors. We help you choose the closest to your identity, and you approve it on a physical sample before installation.
Does it hold up to rolling chairs, shelving and displays?
Yes. It is a commercial-grade coating with a 350 psi bond to the concrete. We recommend protectors on metal legs and avoiding dragging sharp objects.
