A rainy coast calls for measuring and scheduling
The enemy of epoxy is not rain on the finished floor; it is moisture trapped in the slab at installation. In a humid area like this one, concrete can be slow to dry, especially on ground floors and in recent construction.
So we do not give a firm quote without measuring: concrete moisture below 4% (ASTM F1869), pH of 9 or higher, and application conditions between 10 and 30 °C with low relative humidity. Those readings determine the work window.

How a visit to Jacó or Manuel Antonio is scheduled
We travel from Piedades de Santa Ana. The visit is coordinated according to location, and the on-site assessment is free.

How many days should I block my vacation rental?
Typical installation takes 3 to 5 business days depending on area and weather, plus 24 hours of cure before foot traffic. At the assessment we give you the specific calendar so you block only what is needed.
Does the floor get slippery with humidity or wet feet?
The metallic finish is smooth, like polished porcelain tile. For entrances, covered terraces, bathrooms and kitchens we recommend flake, which has natural slip-resistant texture.
Can it be installed in a restaurant without closing for days?
The area being coated must stay free of traffic until 24 hours after the final coat. We can work in sectors or during a scheduled low-season closure. The products are zero VOC and virtually odorless.
Can it go over existing tile?
In many cases yes, as long as the tiles are firmly bonded with no moisture underneath. That is determined at the assessment; then the surface is ground and the grout lines leveled before the first coat.
